This is your usual nice looking spot, well dressed people. Good atmosphere with very attentive employees. Which should be the bare standard of course. What I really didn’t too like about this spot was just the overall taste of some of the foods, including the served steak, friend rice, chicken, and other meats. Not a sushi critique here, only all the other stuff. I would go to another buffet if you care about your quality and taste of food. Everyone giving this place 5 stars is either tripping sack, or they aren’t actual food people. Or they are describing the good customer service, which I thought was good.

If you’re looking for amazing sushi, I highly recommend SanTo’s Modern American Buffet & Sushi. Everything was incredibly fresh, and the variety was impressive. The sushi was delicious and beautifully prepared, making every visit a great experience. And for my fellow Brazilians, there’s even more to love! They serve authentic favorites like picanha and pão de queijo, bringing a taste of Brazil to the table. It’s the perfect place when you’re dining with family and friends because there’s truly something for everyone. Fresh food, great selection, and a welcoming atmosphere. I had an amazing time at Santos! They hosted my 50th birthday celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The manager and her staff were absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, professional, and committed to making sure everything went perfectly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food, atmosphere, and customer service were all outstanding. My family and friends had a wonderful time, and the entire event exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the manager and the entire Santos team for making my 50th birthday so special and memorable. Santos is among my favorite South Florida restaurants. The food is exceptional, here is the only place where I would eat sushi at as it taste super fresh. If you are not a sushi person like my wife, the meat selection is terrific and don't leave without trying their sweets which are another level. When you go request to be served by Yoselin or Manuel their services go beyond special and they make you feel like home.
